In a 1957 media printout, the sponsers listed for the Giants radio and television broadcasts were Knickebocker Beer and Pall Mall cigarettes. I thought Chesterfield sponsored the Giants.Does anybody know if this was a misprint?

HELLO i know for a lot of years there was a chesterfield sign out in centerfield on the building between the bleachers. I know that it was still there in 1954 buy looking at photos.when did the KNICKERBOCKER AD GO ON the centerfield building 1955?. MAYBE the giants changed sponsers?.

This is a nice 1956 Knickerbocker beer sign from the first season that the beer sign was on the clubhouse wall at the polo grounds.its from MAY 1956. does anyone remmber were these signs were back in 1956. where they at the polo grounds or at stores or both. this sign was sold on ebay for over $260 dollars.
